Stretch at Your Desk Series: Neck

After the positive response to last weeks's carpal tunnel video, we are continuing to stretch at the desk with requests for easing neck tension right now in the 3-4 minutes it takes to watch this video.
This muscle technique is exceptionally simple, and can have a dramatic effect in just one minute per stretch. In fact, it is so deceptively simple that you may not feel like much is happening until you are finished.
Forward this video along to coworkers, friends, and family for their health also - and please keep those requests coming!
For those of you driven by results, take a moment before you view this one to find a small tension spot in your neck. If you have one, make careful note of how it feels before the stretch. Afterwards most people feel significant relief, and many can't find that trouble spot again even if it has been with them for years.
