    Yoga for Balance: Crane Pose

    Whether you ski, snowboard, or just slip on the ice, this is the time of year to practice balancing postures to keep us safe, strong, and preventing injuries. Notice that when the body is balanced often times the mind is too! But dont take my word for it, please stand up when you watch this video and give the Crane Pose a try.
    This is a great one to send to friends who are new to yoga or physical activity, its a fun one.
