I think I've done this yoga pose in the past, but I had forgotten about it. I was tweeted this link this morning and tried it, as my shoulders and neck are usually a daily problem for me, and it felt really good! It was a nice, gentle stretch, but I could definitely feel a difference between my left and my right shoulder - my left needed to hold this pose longer. Thank you so much for reminding me to "thread the needle"!

Woo Hoo Rachel, I'm so happy we could help! This is one of my favorite moves too! Thank you for having the wisdom to listen to your body and hold the stretch a little longer on your left side. Please let us know if there is any else we can help you with :)
