    Strike a Pose: The Bridge (setu bandha sarvangasana)

    The bridge is great to restore blood flow to the brain, open your heart, and relax your nervous system. Hint: use a yoga block or cushion under your hips so you are propped up and the pose become effortless. What does your bridge pose feel like?
