    A Hip 'n Ab Stretch

Enjoy a delicious full body stretch that reaches from the tips of your toes to the crown of your head. Pigeon pose is an especially good stretch for your hips and core muscles, improving your posture after a nice warmup or work out.  It's a must for runners, skate boarders, and other athletes that use their legs for balance and strength.

"If I only have time for one yoga pose, often this is the one I choose; it opens so many places at once for over flexibility and deep breathing." Karlee Fain, KYT, LMT  This can be a big stretch the first time you try it, make sure to modify it for your comfort level.
